Our commitment
This statement applies to the website at paynroute.com, operated by PAYNROUTE LTD (company number 16818805, registered in England and Wales). We aim to make the site perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation or right-to-left languages.
Conformance status
We have designed and built this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Because a formal, independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed, we describe the site as partially conformant: we believe most content meets the standard, but we cannot yet confirm full conformance.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a logical heading structure.
- A “Skip to content” link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator on links, buttons and form fields.
- Five languages (English, Arabic, Turkish, French and Spanish), with true right-to-left layouts and native typefaces for Arabic.
- Animations are reduced or switched off when your device has “reduce motion” enabled.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios against our light and dark backgrounds.
- Content that remains usable when text is resized up to 200%, and responsive layouts down to 320 CSS pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields with visible labels, and error messages that are announced to screen readers and explain how to fix the problem.
- No time limits on any content or task.
- A cookie consent banner that can be fully operated by keyboard, where rejecting is as easy as accepting.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:
- Some animated diagrams and interface illustrations may not convey all of their detail to screen reader users. The same information is provided in the surrounding text.
- Typefaces are loaded from a third-party service. If they fail to load, the site falls back to system fonts, which may change spacing slightly.
- Translated pages may contain minor differences in terminology compared with the English version.
- Card scheme logos in the footer are images supplied by their owners and are treated as decorative; the scheme names are listed in text in the footer notice.

Enforcement procedure

Technical information
The accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies working with the combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plug-ins installed on your device: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA.
The site works best in current versions of major browsers. Core content remains readable if JavaScript is unavailable, although language switching and the consent tool require it.
Preparation of this statement
