Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s localStorage and sessionStorage, let a site store small pieces of information in your browser in the same way. In this policy we use “cookies” to mean all of these technologies.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR, we may only store or access information on your device without your consent where it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested. Everything else requires your prior, opt-in consent.
Who we are
This website is operated by PAYNROUTE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16818805), with its registered office at 124–128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. You can reach us at contact@paynroute.com. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
What we use
This website does not set any advertising or tracking cookies. It uses only the strictly necessary browser storage listed below.
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
pnr-lang | localStorage | Strictly necessary | Remembers the language you chose (English, Arabic, Turkish, French or Spanish). | Persistent, until you clear it |
pnr-consent | localStorage | Strictly necessary | Records your cookie choices (analytics, marketing) and the time you made them, so we can respect them. | Persistent; as a guide, we ask again after 12 months or if our categories change |
None of these items is sent to our servers or used to identify you.
Google Fonts
To display our typefaces, your browser requests font files from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As with any request to a web server, this transmits your IP address and basic browser information (such as the user agent) to Google. We do not set any cookies in connection with this, and we do not receive any information back from Google.
Google processes this information under its own terms. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics and marketing
Our consent tool offers two optional categories: Analytics (understanding how the site is used, in aggregate) and Marketing (measuring campaigns and personalising content).
At present, no analytics or marketing cookies or scripts are used on this website, so nothing is set in either category, whatever you choose. If we introduce such a tool in the future, it will only run after you opt in, and we will update this policy to list it by name before it is used.
Change your choices
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. You can also use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.

Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever we change the technologies we use. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change requires your consent, we will ask for it again.
